Who we are

OmarZConnect is an influencer marketing agency connecting brands with creators. For any question about your personal data, email hassan@omarzconnect.com.

What we collect

We only collect the details you enter in our enquiry forms:

• Brands: name, company, work email, company website, what you are looking for and, if you choose to share it, your budget.
• Creators: name, email, your YouTube, Instagram or TikTok details, and the types of brands you are interested in working with.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to explore and coordinate a potential partnership between brands and creators. We do not sell your details.

How your enquiry is handled and stored

Our enquiry forms are run by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States. When you submit a form, Formspree receives your details, stores a copy of the submission on its servers in our Formspree account, and forwards it to our business email. Formspree handles and stores your details on our behalf so that we can receive and manage enquiries. You can read how Formspree protects personal data in its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details, including the copy stored in our Formspree account, only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any partnership that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hassan@omarzconnect.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It remembers which enquiry form you chose (brand or creator) in your browser's session storage so the right form stays open during your visit. This is cleared when you close the tab.
